How can I pay for my order?

You can pay online with your Visa/MasterCard, Apple Pay / Google Pay.

What are the shipping terms within Ukraine and Europe?

Orders are shipped from Europe.

  • To Ukraine: delivery via Nova Poshta takes approximately 4–5 days.
  • Within Europe: delivery usually takes 3–10 days, depending on the destination and chosen carrier.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer covers the shipping costs. If it’s our mistake or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

Is there a warranty on products?

We carefully inspect each item before shipping. If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us — we’ll find a solution, whether it’s a refund or a replacement.
