3. Products and Orders

3.1. The products offered on the Website are available for purchase subject to stock availability.
3.2. You may select products, add them to your cart, provide the necessary contact details, and submit your order.

4. Prices and Payment

4.2. Payments can be made exclusively by credit or debit card via Stripe. 
4.3. The order is considered confirmed and binding only after the payment is successfully processed through Stripe.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is available both domestically and internationally, depending on your location.
5.2. Delivery costs and estimated timelines are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
5.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete information will be borne by the Buyer.
5.4. For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. You may return products within 14 calendar days of receipt in accordance with consumer protection laws.
6.2. Returned products must be unworn, unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
6.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
6.4. Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original card used for payment, in euros (EUR), within the time frame required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, force majeure, or incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
7.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms and all related transactions are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
8.2. All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.
